Service to others allows us to fulfill two of our deepest and most essential  human longings – to know our life is significant and to give and serve others in meaningful ways.

Certainly, we do this every day in our families and with our loved ones. Reaching out into our communities and extended communities gives us a special opportunity to inspire and be inspired.

This was my second year participating, with my husband and son, our church and Potters Field Ministries’ Medical Mission to Antigua, Guatemala. We traveled to Antigua, trained, prepared, and participated in clinics in 3 cities where we were able to serve the basic medical and dental needs over 1000 people during our 4 days of clinics.

To keep myself in great shape from our red-eye flight into Guatemala City, to our long clinic and sightseeing days, I took my GIA Wellness travel essentials: My GIALife Pendant, to keep me resilient, focused and strong, GIA Edge to help with recovery, prevent jet lag and ward off stressors, i-H20 to keep me optimally hydrated, i-Thrive & CLEANSE to keep me well nourished, & i-Rest to ensure a great night sleep, so important for the go-go-go with late nights and getting up early.
