My Personal Health Journey with GIA Wellness

What an amazing opportunity to be incentivized with wonderful prizes to do those things we want to challenge ourselves to do. I am excited to share my 2019 GIA challenge with you in this blog. But, first, a little about my personal health challenges and my GIA Wellness turnaround.

As a fit individual who eats well and enjoys fairly good health, that wasn’t always the case. When I was introduced to GIA Wellness years ago, I had a fragile immune system, prone to chronic sinus & bronchial infections. If I didn’t get my necessary 8 hours of sleep every night, I would wake up with a sore throat that could quickly progress. My busy travel schedule fatigued me and plane flights seemed to weaken me and contribute to frequent illness as well. I was constantly fatigued, I was addicted to caffeine and sugar, which gave me the stimulation I needed to get through my day. I was exhausted and sick and frustrated with all of the money I was spending on expensive supplements that didn’t seem to make a difference. My mental, emotional, and physical performance was erratic and my family suffered and my coaches didn’t know what to do to help me.

When I was introduced to the GIA Wellness products, I embraced GIA’s 360 degree program that provided a comprehensive solution that enabled me to address 3 fundamental pillars of my health:

I. STOP the invisible stress & energetic support needed to stop damage and strengthen my resilience: https://www.giawellness.com/51090/products/terra-gia/

II. RESTORE my body’s ability to optimally hydrate, detoxify, & balance PH, address inflammation & oxidative stress with the i-H20: https://www.giawellness.com/51090/products/aqua-gia/ih2o-activation-system/

III. REPAIR & heal my body to optimize my mental & physical performance with targeted nutrition, properly structured & energized, to repair cell absorption and optimize cell membrane function. https://giawellness.com/51090/products/nutra-gia

with GIA Wellness product support, my health returned, my cravings for caffeine and sugar disappeared out of my life and yielded a desire for nutritious foods. And, I enjoyed my best and most successful years in amateur competition. Here I am (above) with my show jumper, Merrylegs, and below, with my Irish Draft jumping horse, Big Easy.
